Candied Yams
My Grandma had a receipe for Candied Yams, where the potatoes are boiled first and cubed, then other ingredients, brown sugar, butter, pinapple, and potatoes, and marshmellows are layered and baked. I cannot find the receipe. I think it bakes at 350 degrees?? Can someone help?

Betty Crocker Kitchen Help

I have a pretty old version of the Betty Crocker Cookbook which has a pineapple variation on the original candied yam recipe.
The original recipe is as follows:

Mother, Mom, Gramdma made candied yams once a year at Christams. Never had a clue how she did it but was happy at least once a year when she did.
